This restructuring integrates its three key subsidiariesInfopulse, MentorMate, and EVRY Indiaallowing for better utilization of its global capabilities. The simplified operations may result in redundancies, particularly in non-billable administrative and management roles. Additionally, Tietoevry Create is adjusting its workforce to align with market demands, initiating layoffs that could affect approximately 400 employees, mainly in Bulgaria, Ukraine, and India. It has 10,000 people.
