    Etteplan and Semcon, two pureplay engineering service providers in Nordics, may merge to create the second biggest engineering service providers in Nordics with 6000+ people and $550 M+ revenue. European service providers are known to scale with M&A. This combination will be interesting to watch.

    EIIR POV: European IT and engineering service providers are known to scale with M&A. This combination will be interesting to watch. It has some similarities to creating a scaled Nordics player in engineering between AF and Poyry and in IT services between Tieto and Evry.
