One more IT service provider gets into engineering and Industry 4.0 with an acquisition and 360 degree partnership with an OEM. GFT Group acquires TRUMPF subsidiary AXOOM GmbH which focuses on smart factory solution implementation. In the process GFT also enters long term partnership with TRUMPF. I see this trend of 360 degree partnership with OEMs picking up with more engineering service providers.
