Accenture is organizing its services around how its clients operate and will bring its clients end-to-end solutions, including with its ecosystem, through seven units called Reinvention Partners.
These are Cybersecurity, Digital Core, Finance, Industry and Enterprise, Song, Supply Chain and Engineering, Talent
Interesting point is that these seven Reinvention Partners map to key client CXO personas and buying centers such as CISO, CIO, CFO, CEO/COO/CSO, CMO, CTO/ CPO, and CHRO.

CISO - Cybersecurity
CIO - Digital Core
CFO - Finance
CEO/ COO/ CSO - Industry & Expertise
CMO - Song
CTO, CPO - Supply Chain, Engineering
CHRO - Talent
These are supported by three Reinvention Engines: AI and Data, Industry and Process, Technology
This is an interesting move. The rationale is that if AI has to chase new TAM, it has to expand its role in business across different buying centers.
Will more IT Service Providers organize themselves with a buying center-based service delivery structure?
